Pensions in divorce was created by rose_marie
Divorced a year ago, finances were not split at that time.

My Question is, how will the pension get divided. What is it now or what it was on the date of divorce?

Only one of them have pension.

Pension will form part of the pot along with everything else. It doesn't necessarily get divided, it could be offset against other assets.

Value of the pot is as it is today but there is an argument for only including the years of the pension that equate to the length of the relationship.
