Hi
The pension sharing order will kick in once you have received the Decree Absolute
It is on this day that the percentage shared is based
I had my FDR on 08/12/2020 but did not receive my Decree Absolute until 18/05/2021
So 18/05/2021 was used to calculate the percentage share
The pension sharing company then have 4 months from the date of all information received to complete the process
I have received 1 of my ex's pension in July as they transfered it within weeks - I am still waiting for the other pension provider to transfer the money to me
Good luck
