I''m a 50year old man, I left my wife 4 years ago for another women , I have paid all the bills and mortgage since I left and and now in debt and still paying ! She has a very good job and both our children are in full time employment , I am considering moving in with my partner who works part time and has a daughter in full time education , would this jeapordise the percentage of the house sale as we are going through our divorce now through a mediator ?

Only to the extent that your housing needs will be met as long as you cohabit with your partner. However, there''s no reason for your partner to provide you with free accommodation at her expense. Likewise, you will still have day to day living expenses. As a result, your cohabitation may have some effect but perhaps more limited than your wife would expect.
