my ex has a business and l need to know what kind of letter l can write to her about finding out more details relating to this business l have established that she changed the name to her son''s name who she allerges that he now owns the business there is no proof of the transfer of buying by the son is it possible to aske all these questions or l have to ask one at a time if anyone can help with the wording l would be gratefull too. her lawyers have not made an offer by the court deadline and am having to send my questionnaire tho i am out of time as well the hearing is 12july
