I very very much doubt it - thats half the problem - he wouldn''t touch our mortgage admin with a barge pole, or anything related to insurance when we were married - I did it all - so I don''t have much hope he even realises that it needs to be done. He never had a mortgage before or his own home in any way.

This is why I am worried - he will CAUSE problems by refusing to be open - I cannot check what he refuses to show...given we jointly own the home - I am ultimately as liable as him - despite the fact the Consent Order says he must pay - reality is if he decides to default they will come after me.

I really hope the letting agent does insist on mortgage details and then my signature -

TBH be did the same trying to sell our house, when this was still possible - he went ahead and agreed a sale without even telling me!! He truly thought he could just sell the house, and then tell me.

Its not inspiring me that this is not going to result in one huge mess.
