hi, Ive been in this house for 25yrs in August, my husband has been in for 10yrs in September. My 3 children have grown up here now 1 is back home with her partner and my grandaughter.
Im 52 hes 54, i earn 700.00 a month, he has 2 pensions and a salary of over a grand a month.Can someone help me please as to what im suppose to do

Hi Maddie for someone to help you would need to provide more details. I assume you and your husband are divoring and you want help with a possible financial split?

How long were you married including cohabitation.
What are the assets, equity in house, savings etc
Are there any debts.
Were there children of the marriage?
What are the pension Values do you have a pension?
