u6c00 you''re right, i absolutely will talk to him first. I just don''t want to be sitting around for long after that waiting for him to make up his mind how to play this. Believe me, knowing him I could wait for ever in that scenario :/
I want to be clear about my rights and options so that I can decide how best to play things when the brown stuff hits the fan.
