seperated not divorced or in mediation yet...
we have 1 btl property interest only payments
1 residential repayment payments joint names
would the two be treated on an equal basis in mediation and settlement?

im living in btl as a tempory measure as its affordable.
shhhhh.

im a newbie so please be gentle.....

Same situation mate and we are done and settled, I kept the byl and she kept the residential. Will me selling this one in a few years and my partner lives with me. Tbh the mortgage co sends me correspondence to this address and although I have never formally told them I live in it I think they must have an idea. U pay for the privilege of btl so as long as they get their dosh they aren''t fussed. And the courts don''t care what type of mortgage it is, here are two properties in the pot and that''s all they are viewed as.
