This is my second marriage and and again i will be going through divorce.

I acquired the property 3 years before my second marriage. The question i have is that I have been married for 3.5 years now with no children. Will my wife be getting a share of the property even though I bought the house well before I even met her?

Also she doesn''t contribute to any of the bills/mortgage.

Help will be appreciated, thanks.

Is the property a second property or the matrimonal home?

You need to post more details about your assets and incomes etc for someone to give an opinion.

its the 1st property not second property. I acquired this property after my first marriage. Then after the 1st divorce, I remarried 3 years later with the property intact.
