My wife and her ex were divorced 3 years ago. He stayed in the matrimonial home, which has £65000 of negative equity. She was declared bankrupt shortly after and told by her solicitor that her interest in the property would be transfered to her ex. Now she has been told by the bank that she is still on the mortgage!! what can we do?

Would have thought sending them a copy of the bankruptcy order and directing them to the official receiver would do it.
