Under FS jointly owned fmh had to be sold by mid 2016. I have been renting, my capital is tied up and she is dragging feet on sale ( has not accepted recent offers) i do not trust her ( she has been there at some viewings), difficult with keys etc. and does not want to sell.

She refuses to think about buying me out. I stopped paying child maintenance about a year after losing my job, she is working and claiming rent from lodgers in the home and I was advised that my support is through: her having a free house at my expense, I also pay half of major maintenance, house insurance etc.

On sale I have to pay an additional Lump sum ( i accepted at the time to get a faster house sale..... and the house was worth @ 20% more).

I am renting and paying storage costs.

She is aggressive and it affected my mental health and was a factor in my losing my job.

It is now a financial issue; what claims can I make and what claims can spouse make?

Can they date back to 2016 or is there some other cut off?

What costs can I claim?
