Property is up for sale but ex husband does not want to move out, he is now retired, he says he cannot afford to buy me out and I cant buy him out, but is there a way he could raise the amount, I am prepared to take less than my half? I have heard there are later life mortgages?

Also furniture was to be split between us mutually, but he is now selling some items without my consent, as he is living there can he do this?

He has also said he might start taking in lodgers and or let out rooms,
in other words no intention of moving! I desperately need my share of the finances, I have waited over three years and I didnt touch his pensions, but turns out he has quite a healthy pot. But he did work for this and I did agree not to touch his pensions. Though when I met him I did add £'s to top up his pension. All hindsight now!
