my partner has left her marital home in january due to domestic violence against her and one of her childeren. her ex husbandhas been found guilty after lying to the police and has been given conditional discharge
also he had to sign a general form of undertaking at the court which is as follows
1)not to use or threaten violence either by himself or via a third party
2)not to intimidate, harass or pester either himself or through a third party
3)not to go within 100 metres of the property
now here goes
back in january when she left the home her ex husband he made a complaint that the jewellery she had on her she stole.
the police informed him that this was a civil matter to be discussed with the solicitor and that it was nothing to do with them.
he has been making complaints about police officers and kicked up a right fuss over te last few moths so to keep him happy the police have decided to investigate this matter for him. i dont think its going to go anywhere as they have explained time and time again to him
my question is has he broken this court order that he signed
