I am respondent of divorce petition filed by my husband on the ground of unreasonable behavior. Though I do not intend to defend the Petition,I disagree with his statement of case attached by him with the Petition. Rather I am victim of DV.
I wish to know the likely or standard contents of Nisi or the Decree Absolute. Whether it will be mentioned ground of divorce as unreasonable behavior on the part of respondent.

Whether this will have any adverse effect on my application for ILR under DV rules,in case I do not the petition for the reason of break of marriage.

The Absolute makes no mention of why you divorced, only that you are.

If you want section six changed because you don''t agree you should talk to a solicitor, or at the very least call the wiki line, the reason no one has answered is the question you ask has a raft of potential answers, and you give almost no detail.
