5i) Is the respondent's behaviour as set out in your petition and particulars continuing? --> YES

Thats correct

ii) If the respondent's behaviour is not continuing, what was the date of the final incident relied upon by you in your petition? --> Should I write N/A???

Yup N/A

Q6i) Since the date given in answer to question 5 or,if no date is given in answer to that question, since the date of the pettion, have you lived at the same address as the respondent for a period of more than 6 months, or for periods which together amount to more than 6 months? --> ** very confused** since the petition , in beg march, we are still living at the same address. What is the right thing to write? A month??

The petitioner and respondent remain under the same roof temporarily for financial reasons, both live completely separate lives, both agree the marriage has irretrievably broken down and consent to the divorce.

Hi there,

What is the time frame for me to return my application for a decree nisi to the court?
It''s been 10 days since I received it.

Does it usually take about 2 months (from the date I first file my application for a Decree Nisi) for the court to grant Decree Nisi?

I hope I and my ex wife are going to resolve our financial issues between ourself?

Should this be done before Decree Nisi is granted?

Regards,
Tony

There isn''t a timeframe as such for you to return your application for the Nisi - but if you don;t apply then after a period of least 6 months has passed then the respondent can apply to ahve the petition dismissed and is free to raise their own one.

It will take at least 8 weeks from you returning the application to you receiving the date for your Nisi - if the divorce centre handling the applications is experiencing delays then this is likely to have an impact on the time it will take to process your Nisi.

You can start to resolve the finances at any time; once you ahve an agreement you should get a consent order drawn up by a solicitor - the consent order can''t be submitted to court until after the Nisi has been granted.

Hi there,

I have a quick question in regards to identification of my exwife''s signature.
Do I put a big A next to my wife''s signature? Is that all there is?
Is there any reqirement to write the respondent''s signature?
The only instruction on my D80B form is:
"I identified the signature appearing in paragraph 9(a) of the acknowledgement of service , a copy of which I have attached to this statement and marked ''A'', as the signature of my spouse, who is the Respondent in these proceedings."

I simply wrote a big ''A'' next to my exwife''s signature on D10.

Documents I return are:
D84
D80B with D10 attached.

Regards,
Simon
