Do you know the sep agreement is not legally binding?.

What you need now that you have decided to divorce is a Consent Order that is final and binding, this needs to be drafted by a solicitor and once you have the Decree Nisi it goes to court to with another short form so the judge can seal the order then once you apply for the Decree Absolute the consent order is binding.

Wiki offer the consent order service for £139.
