Help with D80B please

With help from answers to older posts, I answered questions 1-9. Hopefully, it will do.

I am not sure as to the remainder of the form.

1.a. Do I have to attach to my D80B an Acknowledgement of Service and the statement of arrangements that were sent to me by court?

1.b. If yes, when attaching, what exactly do I need to mark as ''A'' and ''B''?

1.c. I understand I need to insert the Respondent''s signature on D80B as it appears on the acknowledgement of service and the statement of arrangements.
However, it is just a combination of some letters and symbols I am not sure I can repeat. What do I do? Try to copy it or write in Respondent''s full name instead?

2. I have ticked ''and to order the Respondent to pay the costs of this application''.
Do I need to attach any form to claim my costs (e.g. Form H)? Can I claim my expenses other than £340 paid submitting the Petition?

3. I understand D80B no longer requires to be sworn. So I just sign the Statement of Truth on D80B at home and take D80B and D84 to the Court tomorrow?

I have been to the court so I will answer my questions myself, in case someone will find them interesting later on.

I was served hastily as there was an incredibly long queue, but I hope the answers I got were accurate.

1.a. yes

1.b. in fact, the papers were taken away from me so quickly I forgot to mark them as A and B. But later I was assured by the Court staff they will do it for me. I hope so

1.c. just copy whatever is in the Respondent''s signature and can be identified as letters.

2. No other form needs to be submitted. And, if I understood this correctly, you can not claim any other expenses apart from £340 paid submitting the Petition.

So am I right that the only way to claim costs other than the Petition fee is by applying for AR?

It is yes, even then cost orders are far from common and only tend to be used if one person is playing silly buggers.
