Form D80A was created by DangerGirl
Have just received my forms from the court to be filled in. On the D80A, there is a section which asks 'Do you wish to alter to add to any statement in the petition?

If there is something I wish to add, does this slow the procedure up/cause a problem? When I completed my petition, I kept it very brief but now am not so sure it's not too brief?! Does that even make sense?!

TIA

I altered something on mine as I have moved house. If i didn't change it now, it would just give him ground to turn everything against me later.

I have been told it takes 4 weeks (to 8 weeks) to be put before a judge after you put the papers back to court.

Cheers for that Spyder.

Have decided to leave it as it is. Not going to poke a wasps nest

As I'm filing at the Family Division in central London, it's taking an age anyway, don't want to slow it up even more than the snail's pace it's inching along at :S .
