if I am going to use a service to serve my STBX with the papers do I use this companies address or the home address of the STBX?

You are the Petitioner, so ''Petitioner''s address for service'' is the address which you want the court to send any documents to you at - normally this would be your home address if you are acting in person, or your solicitor''s address if you are represented.
You should not use the process server''s address as presumably all they are going to do is serve the papers - they are not acting for you in the divorce generally?

The Responent''s address be your Ex''s home address
