Section 3 jurisdiction was created by Blakey100

I am trying to fill this d8 form but I''m a little stuck
What do I tick when I am from and live in England and my soon to be ex wife has moved back to her country South Africa.
She was born there but I''d half British as her dad was born here

Any help please much appreciated

And I apologise in advance if this is in the wrong area I''m new to forum

Thanks in advance

Hello, and welcome to Wikivorce.

If you are a UK citizen and you both lived together in England as a married couple then the box you need to tick is the first one - Article 3(1) of the Council Regulation (EC) No 2201/2003 of 27 November 2003; and then "Other (please state any other connection(s) on which you wish to rely)" and state that the Petitioner is habitually resident in England/Wales and that the respondent lived with the petitioner in England/Wales for the duration of the marriage.
