I am confused, please help
The date on my degree nisi is 9 June, so it means I can apply on 22 July.

I am not sure which date should I put.

The Petitioner applies for the decree nisi made in their favour to on 9/06/2016?? or 22/07/2016?? to be made absolute .

Dated 22/07/2016

You need to put the date the Decree Nisi was granted.

Have you sorted out the finances and arranged for a consent order yet? It is highly advisable to have a consent order before applying for the Decree Absolute.
