Thanks for reply dukey and the advice about the Wiki phone help - I'm going to take your advice and do that.
I wish I could have gone down the route of having the Wiki solicitors
but the barrier was needing the proofs of identity (because of money laundering laws) I don't have a passport or driving licence so I was really stuck. The relief from the stress and migraines of these forms would have been so worth it.
Thanks, Hannah. I'm grateful for your help, I have kept a file of all the paper work thank goodness so should be able to put my hands on it easily enough. (I'm still waiting for the court to reply to my last email)
Someone was saying that amendments can be made on the D80B decree nisi
application (which I've just received) so I'm going to enquire about that and update here in case it helps someone.
Well I heard back from the court about the error I made and they said
it was ok, it wasn't an error.
By this stage (the declaration stage) I was well and truly stressed out with form filling so contacted the Wikivorce solicitors
and they've taken it over for me.
The solicitor has written an amendment on the 'declaration' for my 'error' just in case. Now, hopefully, all I have to do is await the decree nisi
. The relief from the stress is bliss.
I contacted the court about the error (missed putting a tick in a box)
and they told me it didn't matter, it was ok.
So contacted a solicitor to proceed with the rest of the divorce (the stress of doing it DIY was more than I could cope with.)
Solicitor let the court know about the error too but it all went through ok.
Nothing was sent back for amendment and the decree nisi
