I am the petitioner and doing it with no solicitors involved on both sides. I have the prenouncement date for decree nisi which is sept 1st. We have absolutely nothing to split financially I just want a clean break order so nothing can be claimed in the future. Is it possible to do this without solicitors also. My ex and I both agree on this but is it just as simple as writing a letter to that effect and both sign it, or am I just dreaming that it could be that easy.
