My Divorce was created by daisydog
Hi

Please can someone help me? I have sent the documents as requested yesterday to the online services but I need to fill in my questionnaire again. If I ask them to rescind that first questionnaire and I will send another will that be alright?

I am in such a panic!!!:(

Daisy,

Are you talking about the Wikivorce online divorce services or another company?

If you are using Wiki then i am sure if you ring NFLP (0845 602 5480) first thing in the morning and tell them that you are sending a revised version of the questionnaire then it will be fine. I cannot answer for any other company - but would still recommend that you simply contact them directly ASAP.

Hi Wikivorce Team
Yes it is Wikivorce Online Services.
I am profoundly deaf and use a hearing aid but I cannot always hear what is being said on the telephone it can get quite frustrating for both parties.
But I understand they will not except emails unless they say so.
But I will phone them first thing as you say and hope I get myself understood and be able to understand them.

As far as i am aware, NFLP's (the company that provide the wiki online services) preferred method of communication is by email.

Some forms and docs that need to be signed or be originals (eg marriage certificate) have to be posted.

But for most communication email is fine.

Also I would make it clear to them if i were you that you have hearing difficulties so that they can serve you better.

Hi there

I am sorry you have the impression that we do not accept emails unless we say so, which is certainly not the case.

Have you by any chance got this impression from the line at the bottom of our emails which states \"This firm does not accept service by email without prior specific consent\"? If so that is not a message to clients, it is a message to other solicitors and has to appear on our emails.

Wikiteam is correct, our preferred method of communication is email, and if you give your consent to it, we can also send you shorter messages by text message. However, we do need clients to expressly consent to receiving text messages from us, as we are aware that several clients do still live with their stbx.

Amanda
