My husband and I are going through mediation.

I have provided full financial disclosure which he now has, however, he has given me papers with only partial financial disclosure. How do I obtain the complete information from him or do I just have to accept what he has provided?

The point about mediation is it requires both parties to work together and compromise with the help of a mediator in order to find an agreement which will work for everyone concerned. Don't give up too easily, but If one party doesn't cooperate by withholding information there is no real alternative than to apply to the court for ancillary relief. As part of the process he is then obliged by the court to provide a full and frank disclosure.
