Hi lof.

Just try and remain focused and strong. If you're unsure of something, say something like "I'd like a few moements to think about that". Don't be bullied.
I am speaking from personal experience where I had a very unpleasant mediatiation meeting, whereby I felt interrogated and bullied. Some things were changed which I got railroaded into. So much so, that mediation dissolved after.
Do lots of deep breathing if you feel yourslef getting stressed. And as another wiki has mentioned, do this for you and your little 'un.
They are only people like you, so do not let them bully you or draw you into an argument. If all else fails, feign a headache and poloitely leave.

Good Luck
