Hi Dukey recently responded to my settlement question under Divorce Calculator and suggested using mediation. Does anyone know if you can organise this if we are currently living in France. I aim to come back to uk but husband will probably remain in France. is it possible to do by phone? Although husband is v difficult at times I wish to try the amical route first.

There is no reason why a mediator cannot work with you both by telephone conference, court do when necessary, obviously its down to the mediator to decide.
