I understand if you are getting legal help then mediation is free?
Ex is on legal help and has a solicitor who after ages has requested mediation. Someone has told me that this is because if ex goes to mediation he wont have to pay his legal help bill for his solicitor? Is that right?

If I can''t get legal help there''s no way I can go for mediation, no money!!!
