My ex left the family home 3 years ago. I have 3 children 2 of wich are his he has not contributed towards the children or the house. My parents gave me a large deposit toward the house. I have tried to settle with him but he has just taken cash from me, given in faith and gone back on his word. I have tried mediation but he did not show up. My solictor gets no response either. I was told by a friend after 5 years he will not legaly be entitled to anything is this true?
