After obtaing Decree Nisi I agreed and gave (signed) an undertaking not to apply for Decree Absolute until financial settlement agreed. That was in Oct 2005 In august 2007 I told ex2b sol that my patience was exhausetd with delays from her side and I intended to apply for decree absolute. Sol said that I was not released from undertaking until ex2b agreed. Undertaking was a simple statement unde (not legar my signature. Can I apply for absolute or does this regretted but in good faith undertaking prevent me. I feel that I there willalways be another issue that prevents moving forward. Tnxs
