That is a good point but i am sure my ex will only look in the short term and being a few hundred pounds a month better off now will be more appealing than a possible cash upfront from the house! Either way he will spend it! This a 42 year old man who only has 20k in his pension and hasn't put anything in it for a couple of years! Hopefully my lawyer will get his financials this week and then i will be able to see what he is thinking and then work out how i can manage to get what i need from him! Here's hoping!
