i would like to know if the solicitors acting for my estranged wife in our divorce proceedings are working under a conflict of interests? they have represented me in a criminal case against my ex partner that went to a newton hearing in 2007, and they also advised me in 2010 in the matter of whether or not to sign a form in regards to the severence of the joint equity in the former matramonial home.

Non of that sounds like a conflict of interest, if you had sought advice from them in relation to divorce then it would be a conflict for your ex to use them for the same matter.
