I signed a canadian Separation Agreement which I have not been able to honour due to losing my job. I am now in the UK and divorcing through the English courts. If I ask the UK courts to judge on financial matters, will they overrule the Canadian separation agreement, and will that judgement then be enforceable in Canada, or will the original agreement still be valid there?
