The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

HI Bengal,

I guess it would depend on which "package" you are asking about - if it''s a Wikivorce solicitor managed service then it wouldn''t cover letters of negotiation between yourself and the other side.

Why don''t you give the Wikivorce adviceline a call to discuss your options? 01202805020
