Is it usual to get a letter from your ex's lawyer that says a petition will be lodged at court in a few weeks or so but not mention the grounds?

Feel this is yet another attempt at bullying me from the ex.

Fairly common, what comes next is a draft of the actual divorce application, or you could ask right now for a draft of the reasons - no harm in doing that.
