Hi All,
I am again confused,, as my solicitor now wishes me t agree that her, Secretary too attend the Final hearing. So is this common practice?
Also there are just 3 weeks remaining and the Ex, has not yet provided the remaining documents- ordered by the Judge, hence Solicitor wants to chase him up,
Is this truly necessary?
I am in a state of shock,
And have agreed to having a Barrister to represent me,so why all the rest?

All help is appreciated, and thanks - in advance.
