Evening

My partner has changed her solicitor ,that has basically bullied and blatantly lied all the way through 6 months of letters to me.
We are now due to go to court ,does all the evidence from the previous solicitor come with her ?or will they want to start again from fresh knowing what they know ?,will the judge see this is a tactical move.
Thanks in advance.

Presumably you mean your soon to be ex wife and not a new partner?

What information are you referring to? Facts that were correct six months ago may no longer be up to date.

The judge won't be concerned about the change of solicitor.
