Hi all,
Am I right in saying that legal aid is not available to defend just the divorce proceedings and that if eligible you would only get legal aid for the financial matters of the divorce.
My wife is defending and has cross petitioned for the divorce only at present. We have a hearing soon and they have failed to file documents with the court using legal funding as an excuse.
