The response to my first question is within 30 mins. This is quick. Awiating for further advise before my start of partition. As for price, there is a general idea on common cases which is clear and set an expectation of spending.

I'm so lucky I came across this website. The settlement I'd reached with my adulterous wife was over-generous based on pre-matiminial assets I'd brought to the marriage, no kids, and a short marriage. I spoke to both Carl and Ian and they both listened carefully to me and advised me to take legal advice, which I did. This came back with the same view. i.e. I was being over-generous and to revise my financial settlement offer.

It's still early days as far as financial settlement will be achieved, but I cannot thank Carl and Ian enough for the no-rushed, calm nad supportive advice they've both provided me with so far.
