The Federal Family Law Court of Australia now offers divorces online and pensioners can apply for a no cost divorce online. It is was they call a eService.

If you do a Google search for Family Court of Australia you will find the portal to apply for your divorce. Yes anybody can apply online there are costs involved if you are not on a pension.
