Just to agree with the other post on this subject that it is a great free activity.I have been running for 10 years now.It was what kept me sane through many sad,bad times.

You can put on your running gear & just go,I fitted it in when the kids were younger around play school ,I would drop them off & go running!

All the things stressing me I just go out for a run & when I come back I feel I can continue coping & that Iam strong enough to deal with the stress of divorce.

Since my seperation and subsequent divorce I have started many new hobbies and pasttimes that previously I was discouraged from participating in.These include leaving my pants on the bedroom floor and not picking them up within in a nano second of them hitting my ankles.Leaving the toilet seat up!So I don't pee all over it, just the floor when me aims a bit off.Drinking tins of lager and making a nice sculpture of a landfill site in the middle of the lounge outta the empties.Participating in many sports footie, formula 1 racing, rugby, golf all from the comfort of me armcahir in front of my 50" plasma.
Oh and my fave new hobbie never seeing the ex monster in law ever again.
I'm such a busy boy I just don't know how to fit it all in;) :P
all the best
Pete xx
