Anyway, changing the subject back from Stuka's profile picture, this is to alert all you wiki-people coming to Cambridge that the lunch venue for this wikimeet has changed due to booking problems.

I've had the events page changed to show Directions to the new venue. Look forward to seeing y'all there!

NB: Still trying to work out what Jayne Eyre had on her spreadsheet for the London wikimeet and fretting that I do not yet have a spreadsheet compiled for this event.

Lol No top secret info Lovestinks just a reminder of who was coming to which part of the day

No worry we will have just as good a day in Cambridge without the spreadsheet :)

Hi everyone,

Just like to offer an apology for baling out of the Cambridge meet at the very last minute... I was leaving my house, closed the front door, and realised that I was holding the WRONG set of keys.

Rather than worry about it all through the meet I decided to get it sorted straight away. After much fretting and many telephone calls (and unstinting support by nearby wikis), it actually didn't take too long to get back in to my abode. But, by the time I got back in I was not in a great frame of mind. My house is my santuary after a couple of years of troubles and not being able to get in was mildly traumatic! (But I'm okay now). Sorry everyone.

I now have two sets of keys which now look VERY different to each other.

All this said I do hope that everyone had a great day! I'm doubly mad having missed all the good times! Grr! I look forward to hearing how it went! Apologies again.

Best,
JJ

I'm very sorry I couldn't juggle things around to make it on this occasion but hopefully I will be able to the next time there is a meet in Cambridge. Hope you all have a good time.
