The meeting postponed from before Christmas is now in Events.

Please don''t think it''s only for people living in the North West; several are traveling from miles away. We have some newbies joining us and we''re looking forward welcoming them and to having an enjoyable day.

I have now made provisional reservations, so if you''re thinking of joining us please register on the page in events so that I can amend the numbers.

If you wish to clarify anything please send me a PM.

Anyone who has registered and not yet received the contact details for the day, please send me a PM.

All are welcome.

I so wish I could come.

May I just remind you it is Burns night so if you have a wee whimsy for a sma'' dram and a portion of the Great chieftain o the puddin''- race - then go wild for the 25th is the night for it.

Sláinte!

(Why is there no smiley with a wee bonnet on?)

I shall be happy to have a dram. But I seriously draw the line at haggis and bashed neeps, which are fortunately unlikely to be available in a Liverpool restaurant.

May I ask anyone who has registered for the Liverpool meet next Saturday to let me know by PM whether you will be joining us for both lunch and dinner in the evening. Some are coming just for lunch and others joining us later.

I have booked lunch and the evening meal, so need final numbers by Thursday please.

If you''re still thinking about joining us please do register and come along and spend a few hours chilling and chatting with friends.

Sorry you''ll not be there Shezi. Next time perhaps.
