I have been married for ten years and in that time my wife has not worked. We have two children one of 16 and one of 9 years. We live in her dads house which was left to him by his parents and we rent mine out. How much will I have to pay my ex.

Hello Wilks

The starting piont after a ten year marriage will be 50/50 with your former house now considered a marital asset also the rental income.

I dont have all your details so put your details through the wili calculator that will give you an idea.
