www.telegraph.co.uk/relationships/914495...ife-over-assets.html

"Mr Justice Mostyn, one of the UK''s most revered divorce lawyers, will face his ex-wife in court as the couple settle a dispute over their assets, it was reported."

"One family lawyer said: "Fewer than 10 per cent of disputes over assets go to trial. It''s quite extraordinary. Perhaps when he appreciates the publicity it will attract, it will settle."

What particularly entertains me is the reporting of the standard wording of the Petition. Every adultery Petition says the Petitioner finds it intolerable to live with the Respondent! That ain''t any sort of news!

I think this demonstrates definite progress - no sign of "quickie divorce" .....
The famly lawyer thinks Mostyn didn''t realise there''d be some interest?
Please let there be an appeal.

Oh maggie, thank you lololol!

I haven''t laughed so much in ages; Mostyn divorcing was amusing enough but "revered divorce lawyer" lololol! It''s a good job I wasn''t drinking anything, I''d have choked!

I will continue to laugh all day and possibly all week!!!

Oh who can I revere now that this idol has such clay feet - pmsl and fall over!!!

YA
PS God Bless you maggie!!!!
