Congratulations I''m really glad for you. Don''t know though if its worth my while, my solicitor knows I have''nt got a lot of money so its seems as though she is hoping I just forget it. Going to see her tomorrow. What I can''t understand is why she has''nt mentioned a penal notice. I have noticed a lot of messages regarding a penal notice, I will mention it.

Im worried about the cost of it all too,so you really are not alone!.My sol quoted between 4k and 5k and that is just finances.Speak to your sol and speak to citizens advice as well.Im in a catch 22 situation because the property i own is worth more then 100k but i need that because its my sons and my home and my sol didnt tell me that before i purchased that!
