Hello,

My mother is currently waiting for the Consent Order both her and my dad have agreed and sent to the court to be approved.

Upon this being approved my mother and myself are going to have to manage the conveyencing ourselves as we are not able to pay a solicitor anymore as we can no longer afford to.

He has a caution on the house preventing my mother from raising a mortgage or transfering the deeds to myself so that i can obtain the mortgage.

Obviously once the court order has been approved (fingers crossed) we will request that he lift the caution allowing us to proceed. Does anyone know how long this usually takes to get a caution at the land registry lifted?
