Hi i have a couple of items on form E which i am not sure how to answer, hope someone may be able to advise. Since seperating from my stbx i have been cohabiting with my partner.

1: Not sure what to put as capital needs.
I am currently living with my partner and the situation is she owns the house. My name is not on the title deeds.
She owns the property. We have currently been cohabiting for a year.
I am not looking to take any equity from the former marital home, i am just seeking an order for it to be sold and the mortgage paid off. Not sure if i put nothing down as future capital needs i would be disadvantaging myself, not sure if i should put the cost of what a one bed flat would be.

2: The situation with my partner is that i am not aware of her income, nor her liabilites or assets.
Would a judge accept this as being the case?

3; Income needs - i assume i put down what i have been paying to my partner over the last 12 months and break it down to what i have been paying on a monthly basis.
My name is not on any of the utility bills nor do i share any accounts with my new partner.

4: Currently having difficulty trying to get a valuation on the former marital home,(Ex wife is refusing access for an estate agent i have instructed to come to the property) is it ok to just look at "sold" figures for similar properties in the same road via the Land Registry figures?

Many Thanks
