Hi,

I have an FDR hearing coming up and I have provided all of the disclosure I can, but my ex has not provided adequate disclosure of bank accounts etc. They have not exchanged a questionnaire nor have they answered my questionnaire.

I was advised to seek an adjournment from my ex''s solicitor, who has refused.

I''m really confused as to what their tactical approach is and why they won''t provide any disclosure etc?

Any ideas? My solicitor is away until the day before and I am not only confused, but very concerned too?!

Any help or advice will be appreciated.
