Hi

Just wondered what peoples experiences are on time from applying for MPS to hearing.
We have just swapped form E informally, so just need to get sworn.

Thanks
Miss

It does vary from court to court, it depends on a few other circumstances as well, the best way to find out is call your court give them your case number and ask nicely how long it could take, if your lucky they may ask the court lister for a time scale.

Its not unusual for it to take three months.
